  I agree with one of the other reviews, the staff can definitely be a lot more inviting and friendlier. I recently visited this particular location for some holiday shopping for my job. I specifically chose that store as online it stated the closing time was 12:30 AM. However, at 11:56 PM it's announced the store is closing in four minutes. When I tried to inform them that online states they close at 12:30 AM which is misleading; both staff persons just kept repeating, "We close at 12!" Ummm...I got that! I was trying to make them aware of the incorrect time stated online, but they didn't care. They just kept repeating, "We close at 12!" I would have chosen a different Ross if the correct time was dislayed for closing online. *rolling eyes*

  I went to pick up 2rings from yesterday that never made it in my purchase/bag along with the 2 bracelets and 1 ring. (found out today)The clerks attempted to intice the next customer in line to buy the rings. When I got home I called the store because I couldn't find the rings. After some back and forth/explaining, I asked them to hold the rings overnight and I stop in to get the remainder of my initial purchase. Upon returning to the store, no one knew where my purchase was, I suppose they sold those beautiful rings.

  I always find good deals at Ross. This is a new store that was clean and well organized. Fall is near so there were some good deals on a variety of light weight jackets. This Ross is in a plaza with other stores so you can have a one stop shopping day!
